1. Place roller in the palm of your hand with rose quartz facing up.
2. Slowly roll across face in an upwards motion & out to the side, starting from the jaw line & working up the face (we like to apply with our Get Even Rose Oil first, so the skin doesn’t tug!).
3. To support lymphatic drainage, start at the bridge of your nose & roll away towards your ears, then roll down the neck (neck massages also release tension!).
4. Store in the fridge (trust us, the cooling effect is going to feel SO good).
5. Use daily for max results.
